CT // Rechtsanwälte

The law firm CT Rechtsanwälte exclusively represents and advises employees, works councils, as well as all other employee-organised collegial bodies, in the enforcement of their legal interests under individual and collective labour law vis-à-vis employers, with the firm’s offices located in the Seeburgviertel district of Leipzig. We do not represent employers. This approach helps us to avoid conflicts of interest in our day-to-day professional practice, enabling us to provide empathetic, independent and effective legal representation for our clients. Our focus on employment law helps us not only to be familiar with case law and legal scholarship, but also to quickly grasp the substance and emotional aspects of your concerns and provide targeted advice.

If you, as an employee, are facing an labour related legal issues, our first priority is to understand your goals. To do this, you need to be aware of the legal options present. German labour law offers many tools to help you achieve your individual goal. We see it as our duty to explain all the possibilities available to you in your specific case. Our in-depth knowledge of the various sectors and employers helps us in this regard.

When advising committees, it is of paramount importance to us not to monopolise decision-making power over individual members, but rather to involve the entire committee in key decisions when exercising decision-making processes under collective labour law. In this regard, we also advise coalitions and minority factions, which sometimes have their own scope for action under collective labour law.

In addition to traditional representation in labour court proceedings involving judgments and rulings, we also act as assessors in company conciliation committees and regularly deliver lectures at committee training sessions, primarily in central Germany but also nationwide, on all aspects of individual and collective labour law.

Not least through his work with the Saxon Volleyball Association (Sächsischer Sportverband Volleyball e.V.), Mr Casella is also occasionally active in sports law.

Welcome to our new website! Here, we will be publishing updates on changes in case law and legislation that we consider noteworthy, as well as news relating to our firm.
