The insurance covers worldwide professional activities as a law firm with the following restrictions: No cover is provided for claims
– arising from activities carried out through law firms or offices established or maintained in other countries,
– relating to punitive or exemplary damages, and
– arising from defamation, insults or discrimination.
- We decide on a case-by-case basis whether to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Where applicable, the Bar Association’s arbitration board (https://www.schlichtungsstelle-der-rechtsanwaltschaft.de/) is responsible.
